License Activation issues when you received a ticket

When you received a ticket to activate your license, you need a browser to collect the license.
If you perform this online activation method on the machine that holds the container, please understand that this automatic license activation incorporates techniques that can be considered potentially harmful. When security measures are in place, you will receive an error and the suggestion to use Java/ActiveX license activation or Offline activation.
When you receive this error, we advise to select the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser. We have discovered issues with Chrome and Edge so these will most certainly fail. Please note that sysadmins could disable features on your system too.
Alternatively, you can select offline activation on all browsers as this works through (license request file) upload and (import license update) file download.
