Optimize the speed of Advanced Transporter

Hi Community,
I am modeling an earthwork process in ED for a project and i have a technical Problem in the Model.
1) My objective is to optimize to the Speed of the Advanced Transporter in the netwok. I am comparing the total simualtion time with single Speed(30kmph) and 3 different Speeds (30kmph, 20kmph, 10kmph) with in the Network, i can edit the Speed limit in the node but the Problem is total Simulation time is not variying with single Speed & three different Speeds in the Network.??
2) In the model i have a conflict Zone, and i need to model it in such a way that at a time ony one truck has to be there in the conflict Zone ( in other words on truck has to wait at the entrance of conflict Zone till the other truck Exit the conflict Zone), but this is not happening in the Model.
