Hy everyone,

i have a transportation problem and the text of the problem is: The distributional center works 24/7 and has 10 trucks, the center has two teams in every shift(8 hours) and the first team is responsible for the trucks 1 to 5, the second 6 to 10. The time for loading the truck is 40 minutes by exponential distribution, time for the delivery and return of the truck is 5 hours also by exponential distribution.

My idea is to have two servers, two arrival lists and the atom of multiservice but i am not sure if it is good, so i need help.

You could have a look at the "Availability" that is located in the library of Enterprise Dynamics. There is also an example model available in you Enterprise Dynamics directory on your computer.
