Hi

Attached a simplified job shop model,i put routing and cycle times tables.
Whenever i do simulation by Run Control for the same period of time ,i get different results(summary report) for average stay time ,i don't have any exponential time or variable time ,please run it (several times) for 5000s for example ,What is the problem in the model ?

Ha,

You've set variable times (NegExp(10), Poisson(5)) for the breakdowns on the servers, which will differ with each run (unless you set the model to repetitive), thereby influencing your outcome.

Attached my model without availability,if running it for one hour,number of routing and it's label are linked correctly by summary report but no average stay time ,no servers and queue are utilized,what is wrong with my simulation and cycle time table link.

It looks like the Experiment Wizard is not configured correctly. I would have a look there and see what atoms you are logging and what you are logging.

In the ED-help there is a special entry with an explanation of the "Experiment wizard".
