Hello,

I have a Problem with a conveying System.

Situation:
Product enters a conveyor (approx. 5 meters Long).
This vonveyor moves with a Speed of 0.5 m/s.
After 2 meters a light barrier scan the conveyor for product.
If the product breake the light beam the Speed changes to 2 m/s.
After leaving of product the Speed changes back to 0.5 m/s.

I don´t know how i make the Speed of a conveyor variable.

Can somebody help me?

Hello,

You can use the sensor functionality of the advanced (non) accumulating conveyor.
This is further explained in the help files. Please look for ‘Conveyor with sensors’.
There is an example model available in the conveyor category of the Example Wizard: ‘Conveyor_SpeedChangingSensor.mod’
