This probably is caused by the fact that the crane picks one product from the unpack. Your product rank gets mixed up. The pallet is the last atom so you could start picking product using the previous of last.
The 4DScript is: Prev(Last(c))

I found a way it isn´t not really clean but work.

I move the container and the second rank product like this work.
