Program crashing when opening model file

Hi,

Has anyone had an issue trying to open a model file where it wont let you and crashes the program? File in question is around 229,000KB and was fine when I was working on it yesterday. I have tried opening the file the back up file and a copy of the file saved in a different location. The exact message is Pedestrian Dynamics, 32-bit Production Release has stopped working.
