hi, first sorry for my bad englisch, i´m from germany and i need urgent help for my project

Model:
A non accumulating Conveyor transport products. The empoyees take the products and put them on a pallet. The capacity of the pallet ist 60 pieces.

This pallet can be only carry of, when the 60 pieces are on the pallet. Than the pallet should be take away by a transporter.
This part is my problem.
