Hello,
I have got another question.
When I select the 5th option in the Send to section of a source (By percentage). I can only select 1 percentage and 2 channels. Is it possible to enter 2 different percentages and 3 channels. This because I want to split my source over 3 different sealocks (servers).
Example:
5. By percentage: 30% of products go to channel 1, 40% of products go to channel 2,the remaining percentage go to channel 3.
(Is this possible?)
best regards,
Jordi
How to enter a 3th channel in Send to
Re: How to enter a 3th channel in Send to
Hi Jordi,
Yes, you can do that using the atom empirical distribution. This atom can be used to draw a number from a distribution with more than 2 classes.
Just use the distribution's name to draw a number from the distribution. Note that the chances need to be defined cumulative.
See attached for a small example.
