History file

Hey,

when I want to turn my General History on the following message appears:

History file cannot be opened.
File may be in use by another version of E.D.
Choose another workdirectory and reset.

How do I solve this problem?

This is related to the problem as described in this topic:
write-error-of-ed-his-under-windows-vis ... -7-t5.html
In particular, changing the directory rights solve the problem but you can also select a different (with read-write access) workdirectory. You can set the workdirectory through the menu File | Preferences | Directories | Work.
