Hi,
first problems are solved. I use 4 Advanced robots to weld.
The problem is, there is no material flow. So how to tell the robot to start the Routine? (Routine is already defined.)
with best regards

Re: Routing Output channels
HI and thx,
but the problem is a bit different:
first 20 - to channel 1
second 20 - to channel 2
third 20 - to channel 1
and so on....
so i had to define for each 20 the routing... isn't there any routine for this?

Welding with Robots
Hi, I got a problem. I need an idea how to model the following: I modeled all the processes where the parts for a welding construction are put into a welding device. Now i need to simulate how 4 Robots weld at the same construction. There are about 20 weldseams to do. For this the robots weld, then ...

Re: Picking processes
Hi I also got a problem like this
Advanced transporter works so far. I can adjust the time from picking part one to picking part two by setting the speed of the transporter.
But I need to define a time between picking product 1 and picking product 2. Is there any way?
best regards and thx a lot.

Re: Assembler Bill of Materials
Hi Marvin. Thx again...it works. But i got a new Problem ;) I need an robot, which is able to collect more than one Product at the same time. For example: - Robot moves to queue1 takes part 1 - Robot moves to queue2 takes part 2 (part 1 is still in robots hand) - robot moves to queue3 takes part 3 (...

Re: Assembler Bill of Materials
HI Marvin, thx a lot. It works. But I got another problem. Maybe you or anybody else can help me. For this assembler I got 3 Sources. Source 1, Time till first 0, inter arrival no1 is 6, no2 is 18, no3 is 6 and so on.... Source 2, Time till first product 0, inter arrival 18 Source 3, Time till first...

Assembler Bill of Materials
Hi, i got the following problem: Assembler with 3 inputs and 2 possibilities to assemble. First is 1 of a, 1 of b, 0 of c Second is 1of a, 0 of b, 1 of c The bom Table is right but i need to tell the assembler whether to assemble with Column 1 or 2. The Decision is easy, cause every 1., 3., 5., ... ...
